XDC Participation at Display Week 2024 in San Jose, CA

XDC to present an invited paper at the Technical Symposium, and will participate as panelist on the prestigious CEO forum, and XDC CTO will receive SID’s Special Recognition Award

RTP, NC, May 2, 2024 – X Display Company (XDC), a leading developer of display technology, will showcase momentum and milestones at this year’s Society for Information Display (SID)-hosted Display Week 2024 symposium and exhibition to be held from May 12-17, 2024, at the San Jose Convention Center (SJCC), San Jose, California.

XDC’s Chief Display Architect, Imre Knausz, will present an invited paper titled “Integration of Sensing Technologies into MicroLED Displays” during session 76.3 to be held on May 16 from 3:10 – 4:50 PM at SJCC 220C. The paper will present architectures and working examples of microLED displays with integrated optical and touch sensing capability.

XDC’s Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Christopher Bower, will receive SID’s 2024 Special Recognition Award on May 13 during the Honors and Awards Banquet for his contributions to the advancement and commercialization of elastomer stamp mass-transfer technology and its application to emissive displays using microscale light-emitting diodes and silicon integrated circuits.

XDC’s CEO, Randolph Chan, will participate as a panelist in SID’s prestigious CEO Forum to share his thoughts on ‘Navigating the Entrepreneurial Journey’ on May 15 at 3:30 PM at the SJCC Center Stage.

In addition, the company will demonstrate its MicroLED displays and related technologies at a private suite during Display Week.
